Applications for District 9 Director Position Now Being Accepted

Meeker Cooperative’s bylaws specify that the Board of Directors may appoint a member to fill any open board seat. Once appointed, the Director will serve until the next Annual Meeting (2023), at which time the seat will be up for election by the membership of the district to fill the unexpired term.

If you are interested in applying for the District 9 Director position, the Director Qualifications and the Application Form may be found on Meeker Cooperative’s website at www.meeker.coop/download-forms. Select Member Services at the upper left and then Download Forms from the dropdown menu.  Click on the Director Application packet to download the materials. You can also call Mary Alice Holm at 320-693-3231 to request a packet. The application deadline is the close of business (4:30 p.m.) on August 15. Selected applicants will be notified and interviewed in person by the Board of Directors on Monday, August 29.
